7 big good news from UP government! This government scheme became a boon for daughters
‘Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana’, being run by the Yogi government to empower daughters and promote their education in Uttar Pradesh, has emerged as a new ray of hope for lakhs of families. This very ambitious scheme of the state government is providing huge financial assistance to daughters from their birth till their higher education. With this, the path to education and a bright future for the daughters of the state has become easier and safer than before.
The Uttar Pradesh government clearly believes that progress and progress of any society is possible only when daughters get equal opportunities and better resources. This scheme, which was started with this brilliant thinking, has now reached every corner of UP and in a very short time, a large number of poor and middle class families are getting direct benefits from it.
Lakhs of daughters got direct benefit of the scheme
Talking about government figures, till now lakhs of girls of Uttar Pradesh have been given direct financial assistance under this scheme. The most important thing is that this amount of assistance is being transferred (DBT) directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries without any middleman. Due to this completely transparent system, the trust of eligible families on the government is continuously increasing and more and more people are joining this welfare scheme. If you also have a daughter in your house, then you can also apply immediately to avail the benefits of this scheme.
This is how financial help is available from birth to degree
The most beautiful thing about this scheme is that the government provides financial support at every major stage from the birth of the daughter to her education. This help from the government is being given in a total of 7 different phases.
When a daughter is born in the family, an amount of Rs 5,000 is first given as initial assistance. After this, when all the vaccinations of the girl child till one year are completed on time, then the family gets additional help of Rs 2,000.
As soon as the daughter grows up and takes admission in the first class, she is provided an incentive amount of Rs 3,000. Similarly, even if the girl child gets admission in Class 6, a benefit of Rs 3,000 is given to her. When the daughter reaches the threshold of high school i.e. ninth grade, she is given a huge financial assistance of Rs 5,000 to continue her studies.
To promote higher education, as soon as the daughter takes admission in any degree or diploma course after passing Intermediate (12th), Rs 7,000 is provided directly by the government. If seen this way, under this entire scheme, a huge financial assistance of Rs 25,000 is provided by the government to a girl child at different stages of her development.
