Materials:
- Green chillies
- Kiss of wet coconut
- Daliv
- Curry leaves
- Peanuts
- tamarind
- came
- Coriander
- Mustard
- Asafoetida
- Red chilies

Action:
- To make Udpi style wet coconut chutney first, heat oil in a kadai. Add curry leaves, pulses, peanuts in oil and fry on low flame.
- Put all the roasted ingredients in a mixer bowl and add wet coconut flakes, garlic, ginger and tamarind and add water as required.
- Grind the chutney very finely in a mixer. After that take out the prepared chutney in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and roast mustard seeds, asafoetida, cumin and curry leaves, red dry chillies in it. Pour the prepared fodni into the chutney and mix.
- Udpi style wet coconut chutney made in easy way is ready. This dish goes very well with idli.
