Materials:

  • Mung bean
  • Millet flour
  • carrot
  • Beat
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • salt
  • paneer
  • white sesame

Action:

  • To make millet munglet, firstly, grind the soaked mugdal in a mixer. Then add green chillies and ginger.
  • Remove the dal mixture to a large bowl. Then add soaked mugdal, onion, grated carrot, beet, capsicum and mix well.
  • After mixing, mix millet flour in it. Add grated paneer, red chillies, turmeric and salt to taste to the prepared mixture and mix well.
  • Keep the pan to heat. Spread the prepared mixture round on a hot pan and add white sesame seeds and fry the moonglets on both sides.
  • Millet munglet made in a simple way is ready. This dish goes very well with curd or sauce.
