Materials:
- curd
- rice
- nuts
- curry leaves
- Mustard
- Asafoetida
- Green chillies
- Pomegranate
- Peanuts
- Cucumber
- carrot
- ghee

Action:
- To make curd rice, first of all, heat ghee in a pan and roast cashews in it. Also roast peanuts in it.
- Add rice and curd in a large deep bowl and mix well. Then add some water to it and mix the mixture once again.
- Then add grated cucumber, carrot, roasted cashews, peanuts and salt to taste and mix well.
- Heat the ghee in a frying pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and roast them in hot ghee.
- After the prepared batter cools down, pour it into the curd mixture and mix well.
- Finally, top with pomegranate seeds and coriander and serve with curd rice. Chilled Yoghurt Rice is ready in an easy way.
