Materials:
- Green chillies
- Peanut butter
- Red chillies
- Ginger garlic paste
- salt
- Turmeric
- Coriander cumin powder
- Amchur powder
- Coriander
- Oil

Action:
- To make stuffed green chilies, first, wash the chilies, remove the seeds and make a slit in the middle.
- In a large bowl, add groundnut paste, gram flour, red chillies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, coriander cumin powder, amchur powder, coriander and mix well.
- Do not add any water to the prepared mixture. Due to this, chillies do not last long.
- Add the prepared masala to the green chillies. Heat oil in a pan and add hing.
- Then fry the green chillies on the pan till they get crispy on both sides.
