  • Rice
  • potato
  • Red chillies
  • Turmeric
  • garam masala
  • Onion tomato
  • Peas
  • flower
  • Biryani Masala
  • curd
  • cumin
  • Mustard

Action:

  • To make Masalabhaat first, soak the cleaned rice in water for some time in a large bowl.
  • Heat oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves. Then add onions, tomatoes and salt to taste and saute.
  • After roasting onion tomato add ginger, garlic, chilli paste and mix well. Then add red chillies, hot spices, turmeric and biryani masala and mix well.
  • Add curd to roasted spices and mix with oil. Then add lightly roasted vegetables in oil and mix.
  • Add water as required to cook the rice and cook the rice with finely chopped coriander on top and serve.
  • Spiced rice made in a simple way is ready.
