Materials:

  • Ragi flour
  • curd
  • salt
  • carrot
  • Green peas
  • Garlic
  • curry leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Mustard
  • cumin
  • ghee

Action:

  • To make ragi flour simulacrum, firstly, heat ghee in a kadai and add ragi flour and fry till it turns red.
  • Heat ghee in the same kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and crushed garlic and fry till it turns red.
  • After roasting the garlic, add green chillies and roast it.
  • Then add all the finely chopped vegetables and cook on low flame. Add salt to taste and mix.
  • After the vegetables get steamed, add water and curd and mix. After the water boils, add roasted ragi flour and keep mixing continuously.
  • Do not let the ragi batter form lumps at all. After steaming the ragi batter add finely chopped coriander on top and serve to eat.
