Materials:

  • swim
  • semolina
  • curd
  • salt
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • Ino

Action:

  • To make semolina idlis, firstly, take poha in a large bowl and soak it until soft. Then make a fine paste by taking the soaked poha, curd and semolina in a mixer bowl.
  • Add salt to taste, mixed vegetables, coriander, green chillies and ino to the prepared paste and mix well and keep the prepared mixture for sometime.
  • Lightly oil the idli bowl and put the prepared batter on it and keep the idli to steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle cold water over the steamed idlis with your hands.
  • Remove the prepared idlis and serve. Semolina idlys made in a simple way are ready.
