In this accident, a 60 year old man was burnt alive to death on the spot. After the incident, there was chaos in the entire area and the local people tried to extinguish the fire.

On receiving the information, police and fire department teams reached the spot, but by then the fire had engulfed the entire room.

Accident happened while making tea

According to the police, this accident happened while making tea. The deceased has been identified as Sompal (60 years), resident of Ramnagar. He lived alone on rent in a small 8×10 room in Bharat Nagar area of ​​Panipat.

According to the information, Sompal had brought a new gas cylinder shortly before the accident. As soon as he lit the stove and started making tea, suddenly there was a huge explosion in the cylinder and the fire spread.

The fire spread in the room within a few minutes

According to eyewitnesses, the fire spread so fast that the old man did not get a chance to get out. The fire in the small room took a huge form within a few minutes.

The refrigerator, cot, clothes, utensils and other items kept in the room were completely burnt to ashes. The intensity of the fire was so high that everything inside was destroyed beyond recognition.

The explosion shook the area, local people came to help

The sound of the explosion was so loud that people nearby got scared. Local residents immediately reached the spot and tried to extinguish the fire and tried to control the flames by pouring water and soil.
