Ticket clerk ignored people and gave priority to ‘broker’

It can be clearly seen in the video that the person questions the ticket clerk as to why the same person is being given the first ticket again and again. He alleges that all this is the result of collusion between the staff and the agent. During the conversation he angrily says that he will take the matter to DRM and Railway Minister.

The female employee sitting at the counter is also seen responding and asking whether she is being misbehaved with. During the argument, the atmosphere becomes quite tense and the people present around also keep watching the incident.

DRM ordered investigation by officials

This video was shared on social media platform X, where it was described as a case of ‘ticket scam’. after the matter escalated Indian Railways Responding, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Bhopal Division, said that the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned authorities and necessary action will be taken.

It is noteworthy that even before this, videos of similar controversies have surfaced, due to which questions have been raised on the functioning of the Railways. At present, further investigation and action is awaited in this matter.
