Noida violence conspiracy? Pakistan connection, 62 arrested, NSA action

The police has made a big revelation regarding the recent labor violence in Noida. It was revealed in the press conference (PC) of the Police Commissioner that this incident was not the result of a suddenly erupting mob, but was a ‘malicious intentionally organized activity’, that is, the violence was planned and carried out in advance. The investigation has revealed some names who are accused of instigating the workers and spoiling the atmosphere.

According to the police, social media, WhatsApp group and external elements played an important role in this entire incident. Not only this, during the investigation it has also come to light that some X (Twitter) accounts are being operated from Pakistan, due to which the matter has taken the form of national security.

The Police Commissioner clearly said that the violence in Noida was a “malicious intentionally organized activity”. This means that the violence was not carried out spontaneously but in a planned manner. Police believe that some people were trying to destabilize industrial areas.

Who were accused of instigating the workers?

The names of Manisha Chauhan, Rupesh Rai and Aditya Anand have emerged in the investigation. According to the police, Rupesh Rai calls himself an auto driver. Aditya Anand is unemployed. These people have been active in various movements across the country for a long time. Rupesh has been continuously present in the movements taking place at different places since 2018 and Aditya since 2020, due to which questions are being raised on their active networks.

How did the movement spread through WhatsApp and QR code?

Police investigation revealed that the movement started in Noida on 31 March and 1 April. WhatsApp groups were created through QR codes on 9th and 10th April. The workers were united through these groups, that is, the strategy of mobilizing the crowd on a large scale using digital tools was adopted.

How did a peaceful protest turn violent?

According to the police, the labor movement started on April 10. Road jam was instigated on April 11. A peaceful agreement was also reached on the same day. But despite this, some people rekindled the atmosphere by giving provocative speeches and inciting the workers to violence.

Police said that on April 13, people were instigated to gather in front of Motherson Company. During this time, the same people were active in instigating the crowd. The situation worsened when rumors started circulating amid efforts to calm the protest.

What is social media and Pakistan connection?

This is the most shocking aspect of this case. According to the police, on April 13, misinformation was spread through two X (Twitter) accounts. During the demonstration, workers were found looking at these posts. Investigation revealed that both these accounts were being operated from Pakistan. Were being operated through VPN for the last three months. This indicates that a planned attempt was made to spoil the atmosphere by using social media.

What action has the police taken so far?

Noida Police has taken strict action in this matter. FIR was registered in Sector-20 police station. So far 13 cases have been registered in which a total of 62 people have been arrested. Of these, 9 people were involved in arson. Many accused were part of the mob that attacked the police. Most of the arrested people are non-laborers. Some people had come from outside and joined the violence.
