On the ongoing debate on working hours, Kangana said that I don’t think any issue should be raised on this matter, because if you see where Deepika Padukone is, she has made this place with her hard work. She has a daughter and is now an actress as well as a mother. Along with this, she is the biggest actress of the industry. If today she wants to work only eight hours, that is her right. She further said that when Deepika and I were working together, she told that she was working on some Imtiaz film or some other project. He said our shift is of 12 hours. In response to this I said that I work only for 10 hours. On this he said, wow, this is very good. So there was a period when we were not ready to work less than 12-14 hours, because we had a strong desire to move ahead. We wanted to succeed. We were working with full dedication. We were trying everything possible to achieve our destination. We wanted to be successful and achieve all these things. The Queen actress also expressed her views on the initial struggles of newcomers in the film industry. They are often at greater risk of being replaced by other artists. She also criticized the social pressures that women face to balance the heavy responsibilities of work as well as family responsibilities.
