How to make Paneer Popcorn
Paneer Popcorn is a tasty snack recipe. For this, first of all prepare a thick solution by mixing corn flour, flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt and spices in a bowl. Now add paneer pieces in it and coat it well so that the masala gets applied properly on each piece.
Now roll the marinated paneer pieces in bread crumbs. This will give the popcorn a crispy texture from outside. If you want, you can also do double coating for more crispiness.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces on medium flame until they become golden and crispy. Keep in mind that the oil should not be too hot, otherwise it will burn from outside and may remain raw from inside.
Drain the prepared cheese popcorn on paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve it hot with tomato sauce, mayonnaise or green chutney. Paneer is a good source of protein and calcium, which are essential for the growth of children.
