If you want to try something healthy and homemade instead of cold drinks from the market, then Aam Panna is a great option. It is very easy to make and everyone likes its taste.
- Raw mangoes – 3-4
- Sugar – 4-5 spoons
- Black salt – 1 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
- Mint leaves – 10-12
- Cold water – 2-3 glasses
- Ice – as required
How to make Aam Panna
boil or fry mangoes
First of all, take 3-4 raw mangoes and wash them thoroughly. Now boil them in the cooker or fry them on gas, until they become completely soft.
remove pulp
When the mangoes cool down, remove the peel, separate the pulp and remove the seeds.
prepare paste
Add sugar, black salt, roasted cumin powder and mint leaves to the mango pulp and grind it well in the mixer.
prepare by mixing water
Now add cold water to this paste and prepare the solution well. Salt and sugar can be adjusted as per taste.
serving method
Pour the prepared mango panna into a glass, add ice if desired and garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
