Many shocking things came to light in Nashik TCS case, new revelations are being made.
The case of alleged sexual harassment at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) unit in Nashik is becoming more complex with new complications and serious allegations emerging every day. A victim told the police that the accused forced himself on her on the pretext of marriage. The accused hid that he was already married. The woman also alleged that the accused pressured her to convert to Islam. This information has been given by PTI.
According to the FIR lodged by the woman, she met the accused four years ago and both became friends. The accused promised to get him a job in TCS after graduation. According to the woman, in 2022, the accused forcefully had physical relations with her and promised to marry her. Later the woman got employed in Nashik TCS branch, where the accused also worked. In 2024, the accused again sexually assaulted her at a resort.

The accused was already married
The woman came to know that the accused was already married and had two children when the accused’s wife herself contacted her. When the woman asked the accused, he said that he had no intention of marrying her.
The woman alleged that the accused, along with two other colleagues, forced her to convert to Islam. The FIR also states that some of the accused sexually harassed and blackmailed her.
Message sent on social media
Stalking on social media Police investigation revealed that the accused sent unwanted messages to the victims on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, stalked them and also made objectionable videos and comments. Police are investigating these messages and videos.
Till now a total of eight people have been made accused in this case. Nida Khan’s name is also included in these. Nida Khan is said to be absconding and she has applied for anticipatory bail in Nashik Sessions Court on Saturday. The remaining seven accused have been arrested.

Nida Khan’s lawyers Rahul Kasliwal and Baba Sayyad said that the court will hear her anticipatory bail plea on Monday. Advocate Kasliwal said, ‘He has been falsely implicated. There is no criminal record against him.

Action of Women’s Commission: National Commission for Women (NCW) has formed a four-member fact-finding team to investigate this matter. The team will start investigation soon. This matter is continuously coming to light with new revelations and police investigation is ongoing.
