Government Secretary of Panchayati Raj Department inspected Rajasthan Sampark Helpline Control Room

Jaipur . Dr. Jogaram, Government Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, inspected the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline (181) State Control Room located at the Secretariat on Monday and interacted directly with the general public and gave instructions for quick and effective disposal of complaints.

During the inspection, the Government Secretary communicated directly with the complainants on the helpline and listened to their problems. He communicated directly with complainants on 11 of the 24 complaints presented before him. The complainants expressed satisfaction in 2 of these complaints. He instructed the officials to reopen the remaining complaints.

Complainant Shri Ram Pratap of Nabipura village of Fatehpur Panchayat Samiti of Sikar had lodged a complaint regarding cleanliness, but due to lack of regular cleanliness in the village and the complainant was not satisfied, the Government Secretary gave instructions to the concerned Village Development Officer to issue a charge sheet of 17 CCA.

Similarly, instructions were given to the concerned Village Development Officer to issue a charge sheet of 17 CCA to Sedari Gujran of Uniyara Panchayat Samiti of Tonk district and Shri Kishan Lal of Mohammad Pura village, due to not issuing the lease of their house even after applying a year ago.

According to the data of Sampark Portal, a total of 2,93,802 cases related to the department were registered in the last one year, out of which 2,80,996 cases have been disposed of, which is 95.64 percent.

During the inspection, Dr. Jogaram also instructed the officers working in Helpline 181 to send information about pending and critical face complaints to the concerned officers through SMS/Whatsapp so that timely action can be ensured.

It is noteworthy that as per the instructions of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, for quick disposal of the complaints of the common people, the Government Secretaries of all the departments are present in the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline (181) control room on the scheduled dates and are directly communicating with the complainants. Through this initiative, citizens are registering their complaints sitting at home and getting quick solutions. On this occasion, State Nodal Officer of the department Ram Chandra Saini, Assistant Commissioner were also present.
