Good news of new railway line in Bihar! 621 crore approved

A budget of Rs 621 crore has been approved for this project, due to which there is a wave of happiness among the people of the area.

Important announcement made in the meeting

A high level meeting of ‘Disha’ was organized under the chairmanship of MP Arun Bharti in the Collectorate Hall on Wednesday. Various development schemes were reviewed in the meeting and clear instructions were given to the officials that all the schemes should be completed within the stipulated time. The MP adopted a strict stance and said that now negligence will not be accepted at any level. The priority should be to accelerate public related projects.

Development will be linked to the rail project

During the meeting, the most important information came out regarding Nawada-Lakshmipur rail line. The MP said that approval of Rs 621 crore has been received for this project. This rail line will strengthen the connectivity of the region and boost economic activities. He said that better road and rail network is the real foundation of development of any district, and this project is a big step in that direction.

Emphasis on review and development of district administration

District Officer Naveen welcomed everyone at the beginning of the meeting and told that this meeting is very important for the development of the district at the beginning of the financial year 2026-27. DM said that now the situation has changed a lot in Naxal affected areas and there is immense potential for development there. He said that work is being done at a rapid pace to strengthen roads, electricity, water and communication systems.
