Started in difficult times

Yoddha Career Academy was started in the year 2020, when the circumstances were quite challenging. At that time there were only 15 students in the academy. Despite limited resources and small numbers, Shubham Ingale did not give up and remained focused on his goal.

In the very first attempt, he made 8 students successful in Army recruitment, which laid a strong foundation for the journey ahead.

The year 2021 saw a big change in the growth of the academy. The number of students increased to 110. Meanwhile, Shubham Ingale gave excellent results and recruited 56 students in the police department and 30 students in the army.

This achievement not only strengthened the credibility of the academy but also proved to be a new identity in the field.

Yoddha Career Academy has grown steadily with time and till date has succeeded in recruiting more than 1600 students into Police and Army. This figure is proof that the academy is playing an important role in building the future of the youth.

In the initial phase of the academy, the number of girls was very less, but Shubham Ingale made special efforts to change this situation. In one batch, 29 girls took admission, out of which 25 were recruited into Maharashtra Police.

With time, new training methods, modern techniques of physical preparation and guidance were incorporated in the academy. Due to this, the preparation of students became better and the selection percentage increased continuously.
