Semolina Paratha Recipe, prepare and eat Semolina Paratha for breakfast

Semolina Paratha: If you want to eat something light and easily digestible for breakfast, then you can make Semolina Paratha and eat it. Making semolina paratha is very easy. Children will also like this breakfast very much. The pleasure of eating semolina parathas with tea is something else. These become very soft and taste very tasty. Semolina Paratha Recipe
First step- To make semolina paratha, you have to take about 2 cups of semolina. If the semolina is fine then it is better otherwise put the thick semolina in the mixer once and spin it dry. This will make the semolina a little finer. Put semolina in a bowl and add half a cup of flour for binding.

Second Step- Now add finely chopped half onion, half spoon ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped green coriander, some cumin seeds and crushed celery seeds, salt as per taste and some Kashmiri red chillies in the semolina. Add 1 teaspoon oil for frying on top and knead a soft dough with lukewarm water.

Third Step- Now cover the dough and leave it for some time to set. Set the dough again with hands and apply some dry flour and prepare layered parathas in the shape of your choice. Cook them well on both sides like normal paratha on gas.

Spicy and highly digestible semolina parathas are ready, you can eat them with sauce, tea or pickle and curd. These parathas become very soft. You can also make these to carry while travelling. You can also prepare these parathas and give them to children in school tiffin.
