Keshav Maurya attacks Congress, says Mallikarjun Kharge should apologize to the country and Prime Minister

Lucknow, 23 April. Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has demanded an apology from Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge for his objectionable remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that Kharge has not respected the post of Prime Minister. For this he should apologize to the country and the Prime Minister. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said, “Big Congress leaders including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge have used abusive language against Prime Minister Modi many times. It is not the Prime Minister of the country calling PM Modi a ‘terrorist’, it is the 140 crore people of the country who have been abused and insulted.”

Keshav Maurya further said, “Congress has resorted to cheap politics. Congress is not tolerating Narendra Modi continuing on the post of Prime Minister. Congress made many unsuccessful attempts to remove PM Modi from the post. The biggest power in democracy is the power of the people. Under the leadership of PM Modi, BJP has continuously received the blessings and support of the public. After the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, BJP won in 4 states (Haryana, Maharashtra, Bihar and Delhi). Of.”

The Deputy Chief Minister also claimed that BJP is going to win the West Bengal elections. BJP government is going to be formed in Uttar Pradesh for the third time in 2027. Keshav Prasad Maurya challenged and said, “If you (Congress) have strength and workers then you should fight BJP in the public court.”

Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak also condemned Mallikarjun Kharge’s remarks. He said, “The Congress party should apologize to the people of the country. Earlier, the Congress used to raise questions on the constitutional institutions. Now such indecent language has been used even on a high post like the Prime Minister, which is very sad. The people of the country will never forgive the Congress.”
