UP Board results declared: Daughters’ shock again, 90.42 percent students passed in 10th and 80.38 percent in 12th.

Prayagraj, 23 April. The results of classes 10th and 12th were declared by Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UP Board), Prayagraj on Thursday. The board has also shared the list of toppers and passing percentage figures for the examinations in which 52 lakh students appeared.

Releasing the examination results, Dr. Mahendra Dev, Director of the Council of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, said that the examinations for the year 2026 were conducted in 15 working days at 8,033 centres. The evaluation was completed within the stipulated time at 254 centres. The passing percentage of high school was 90.42 percent and that of intermediate was 80.38 percent.

And in the list of toppers, daughters have once again emerged victorious. In the list of high school toppers, Kashish Verma of Baburam Savitri Devi Inter College, Sitapur and Anshika Verma of Barabanki have jointly secured the first position by performing brilliantly. Both scored equal 97.83 percent marks.

Aditi of Barabanki stood second (97.50 percent), while Arpita of Sitapur, Rishabh Sahu of Jhansi and Pari Verma of Barabanki stood jointly at third position, scoring equal 97.33 percent marks. Interestingly, all the three girls from Barabanki included in the top three are students of the same school i.e. The Modern Academy Inter College, Zaidpur.

Shikha Verma of Sitapur became topper in Intermediate also

Talking about Intermediate, Shikha Verma (97.60 percent) of Baburam Savitri Devi Inter College, Sitapur stood first. Nandani Gupta of Bareilly and Shriya Verma of Barabanki (equal 97.20 percent) jointly stood second position while two students who jointly stood third – Surbhi Yadav of Bareilly and Pooja Pal of Barabanki secured equal 97.00 percent marks.

UP Board has informed that interested students can check their marks through the official websites upmsp.edu.in and upresults.nic.in as well as through digital platforms DigiLocker and UMANG APP.
