Good news for these employees in UP, they will get increased salary

Lucknow. Relief news has emerged for Shikshamitras working in council schools of Uttar Pradesh. The state government has now decided to increase his honorarium to Rs 18,000 per month. With this decision, the government has also released an amount of Rs 250 crore to ensure payment.

You will get increased salary from this month itself

According to the order issued by the government, Shikshamitras will start getting the benefit of increased honorarium from this month itself. This amount has been allocated to all the districts through the Directorate of Basic Education, so that there is no delay in the payment process.

Money will be used only for the intended purpose

It has been clarified in the instructions that the amount released will be used only for payment of honorarium to Shikshamitras. It cannot be used for any other item. Apart from this, additional support will also be provided under the Samagra Shiksha Yojana.

Payment will be done in a phased manner

The government has also instructed the districts not to withdraw the entire amount at once. Money should be withdrawn from the treasury every month as per requirement, so that financial management remains balanced. This will also maintain transparency in the payment system.

It will be necessary to provide utility certificate

Before the next installment is released, the utilization certificate of the amount spent will have to be submitted to the concerned authorities. This will ensure that the money is used correctly and for the intended purpose only.
