Because tomorrow mega block has been announced on all three routes of local. Due to scheduled maintenance, technical works and infrastructure projects in various railway sections, special blocks will be taken on Harbor Line, Western Line and some lines of Central Railway. So, go out only by looking at the local schedule while going out.

While there is no major block on the main line of the Central Railway during the day, the Harbor Line and the Western Railway have undergone major changes. Apart from this, special works are also going to be undertaken in Kasara division. Local services between CSMT to Bandra and Chunabhatti on Harbor route in both ‘up’ and ‘down’ direction will be closed from 11:10 am to 4:40 pm. Therefore, many trains on the Harbor route have been canceled during this time.

Some trains from CSMT to Vashi, Belapur and Panvel will not run between 11:16 am to 4:47 pm (Mumbai Local Train Mega Block). Similarly, trains going towards Bandra and Goregaon will also be affected. Many services to CSMT from Panvel, Belapur, Vashi as well as Goregaon and Bandra will also remain suspended. During this period, a special local service will be run between Panvel and Kurla every 20 minutes for the convenience of passengers. Also, between 10 am and 6 pm, Harbor Line passengers have been allowed to travel on the main line and Western Railway.

A big block has also been announced on the Western Railway line. Works will be carried out between Jogeshwari and Ram Mandir stations as well as in Dahisar area. These works include installation of steel girders and pedestrian bridge for Mumbai Metro Line 6.

Sixth Avenue will have a ten-hour block from April 25 at 10:15 pm to April 26 at 8:15 am. Also, there will be a special block on all routes from 1:45 am to 4:45 am on Sunday. During this period, some trains will be diverted while some services will remain cancelled.

Special works will also continue in Kasara section of Central Railway. Between Umbarmali and Aatgaon stations *A block has been taken from 5 April 12 noon to 3 am 26 April. Suburban services will remain closed between Asangaon and Kasara during this block. Some local trains will be short-terminated, while some services will start from Titwala, Wasind or Asangaon. A local service on the Kasara-CSMT route has been cancelled.
