Rekha Gupta Visit Shri Mata Vaishno Devi: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta reached Katra on Sunday to visit Mata Vaishno Devi. CM Rekha Gupta reached Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan located at the holy Trikuta mountain and offered special prayers and took darshan of the mother and wished for peace, prosperity of the country and happy and prosperous life of the citizens. Reached Chief Minister Bhavan at around 11 in the morning and with all the rituals, offered prayers in the sacred court of Maa Vaishno Devi.

The priests of the temple blessed the Delhi Chief Minister by presenting him the sacred chunari and prasad of Maa Vaishno Devi. After the darshan, Rekha Gupta said that after coming to the court of Mother Vaishno Devi, she had experienced immense spiritual energy and peace.

He said that I have prayed to Mother Vaishno Devi for the happiness, peace, prosperity of the entire country and healthy and safe life of all the citizens. It is my wish that India moves ahead on the path of continuous development and that brotherhood and positive environment prevail in the society. Praising the religious faith of Jammu and Kashmir and the enthusiasm of the devotees coming here, he said that Maa Vaishno Devi Dham is a symbol of the spiritual unity of the country, where devotees from every class and state come to express their faith.

Earlier, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta reached the base camp Katra on Sunday morning, where she was warmly welcomed by party officials and workers including Bharatiya Janata Party District Reasi President Rohit Dubey. Left for Katra from Chief Minister Bhavan at around 1 pm. After reaching Katra, she left for Jammu by road. The administration and police department remained fully alert regarding the visit of the Chief Minister and the convenience and safety of the devotees was ensured on the yatra route.
