Incomplete road became the cause of death, teenager died due to collision between bullock cart and bike

Anuppur. Teenager Samar Singh Marco, son of Anoop Singh, resident of Karratola died when his bike collided with a bullock cart on the incomplete road from Pasla to Harri Phatak in village Pasla under Kotwali police station area of ​​Anuppur district of Madhya Pradesh. After the post-mortem on Monday morning, the police handed over the body to the family members and started investigation.

Teenager Udaybhan Singh Dhurve (resident of Lapta), who was injured along with the deceased, told that late on Sunday evening, Samar Singh had come to him in Lapta village on his bike. From there both of them went to Payari village (Phunga Chowki) on a bike.

While returning in the evening, they were using the incomplete road from Pasla to Harri Fatak as a ‘shortcut’. Meanwhile, near Banbandha village, some distance from Pasla, their two-wheeler collided with a bullock cart going ahead, due to which both of them fell on the road.

Samar Singh, who was driving the bike, died in this accident. The villagers told that after the incident, the companion present with Samar Singh informed the ambulance. The ambulance which reached the spot after about an hour was turned back by the local villagers.

The villagers talked about the bad condition of the road and that the body could be taken only after the arrival of the contractor. With the help of dial 112, the injured were taken to the district hospital. Where doctors declared teenager Samar Singh Marco dead after investigation.

According to local people, this road was being built by the Public Works Department, but the contractor had left the work incomplete about 9 months ago. Due to the very poor condition of the road, there was a possibility of accidents every day, but the department did not pay any attention to it.

The villagers allege that this tragic accident has happened due to the gross negligence of the concerned department and the contractor. After this incident, there is an atmosphere of anger in the entire area.

The relatives of the deceased told that Samar Singh had passed 10th and took admission in 11th class in Navodaya Vidyalaya, Amarkantak. Had come to the village in the month of March. Samar Singh was the only son in the house.
