Ruckus in Gujarat: AAP MLA slaps young man, victim’s family retaliates and beats MLA publicly

Bharuch: A surprising news has come out from Bharuch district of Gujarat. In the Jhagadiya GIDC area here, a fierce fight broke out in the middle of the road between Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Chaitra Vasava and the family of a blast victim. In this high-voltage drama, there was a heated argument between the two sides and then it reached the point of slapping. Within no time a huge crowd gathered at the spot and a situation of tension arose.

Anger flared up after the explosion

The entire controversy started with a massive explosion at the Metropolitan Exychem plant on April 23. More than 10 employees were seriously injured in this accident, while a young man named Rakesh Vasava lost his life. Due to the explosion and fire in the factory, there was already a lot of anger among the local people against the company administration. Amidst this anger, when the MLAs reached there, the situation worsened.

MLA and victims clash over compensation issue

After the accident, talks were going on between the victim’s family and company officials regarding compensation. Meanwhile, AAP MLA Chaitra Vasava reached there to take stock of the situation. However, the victim’s family did not like the MLA’s interference and started opposing his visit. Within no time a heated argument started between the MLA and the victim’s family members.

Slaps and abuses went on openly

The dispute escalated so much that AAP MLA Chaitra Vasava lost his temper and slapped a young man from the victim’s family hard. This action of the MLA added fuel to the fire. As soon as he was slapped, the boy of the victim’s family also pounced on the MLA and he turned and slapped the MLA publicly. The video of this clash between the MLA and the general public on the middle of the road is now going viral on social media, which has created a stir in the political circles.
