Andhra Pradesh: Attempt to rape a 6-year-old innocent child, 60-year-old Maulana beaten by the mob

A very shameful and stressful incident has come to light from Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. Here, 60-year-old Maulana Khwaja Hussain, who is said to be a member of the opposition party YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), has been facing a serious allegation of attempting to rape a 6-year-old innocent girl. According to reports, Maulana was caught red-handed by the local people and beaten on the road before handing him over to the law.

According to reports, the incident occurred in Rudrampeta area of ​​Anantapur district. It is alleged that Maulana Khwaja Hussain tried to make a 6 year old innocent girl a victim of his lust. As soon as the local people and family members came to know about this incident, they immediately reached the spot and caught the accused.

People got angry because of this disgusting act that happened with the girl. The angry mob beat the accused Maulana severely. The outrage was so much that people shaved the accused’s head and beard, removed his clothes, blackened his face and paraded him through the streets. Subsequently, the victim’s family and local residents dragged the accused to the ‘Forth Town’ police station and handed him over to the police.

The situation in the area remains quite tense due to the association of accused Khwaja Hussain with YSRCP. Local people and protesters made serious allegations against the police administration, claiming that the police was trying to protect the criminal under political pressure. People raised slogans outside the police station and demanded strictest legal action against the accused.

Police have taken accused Khwaja Hussain into custody and started investigating the case. Officials said that a case has been registered against the accused under relevant sections and the legal process is being taken forward. Additional police force has been deployed in the area to prevent any untoward incident.

The police is now completing the process of recording the statement of the victim and medical examination in this case. Officials have assured that the law will take its course and the culprit will be punished for his actions.
