PM Modi to launch projects worth Rs 4,000 crore in Sikkim

Gangtok. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a two-day visit to Sikkim, played football with some boys and girls here on Tuesday morning and described it as an energizing session. Modi shared some pictures on social media in which he is seen playing football with boys and girls.

The Prime Minister said on ‘X’, “There is a different joy in playing football with my young friends from Sikkim in the beautiful morning of Gangtok. It has been a really energizing football season with these youngsters.

Modi also posed for a photograph with the players, with the Lok Bhawan building visible in the background. The Prime Minister will attend the valedictory function of Sikkim completing 50 years of statehood and launch projects worth Rs 4,000 crore.
