News India Live, Digital Desk: The Meteorological Department has given relief news for the countrymen suffering from the scorching heat. While on one hand the mercury has crossed 43 degrees in many parts of North India, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the weather pattern may change completely in the next 24 to 48 hours. There are chances of rain and dust storm with thunder and lightning in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana.

‘Yellow alert’ of rain and storm in UP-Delhi People suffering from the scorching heat in Uttar Pradesh and the country’s capital Delhi can get relief from today. The Meteorological Department has issued ‘Yellow Alert’ in Delhi from Tuesday to Thursday. It is estimated that on April 29 and 30, there may be dust storm and sporadic rain with strong winds. There is a strong possibility of thunderstorm with lightning in the western and eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh, due to which the temperature will drop.

Hail in the mountains and heavy rain in the south While there is a possibility of thunderstorm and rain in the plains, there may be hailstorm in the hilly states of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on Wednesday. On the other hand, heavy rains have been predicted in parts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala in South India till April 30. Heavy rain is expected at isolated places in districts like Nilgiris, Coimbatore and Salem.

Heat wave still wreaking havoc in Maharashtra and Vidarbha On one hand, North India is getting relief, on the other hand, there is no possibility of getting relief from the heat in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. In cities like Akola and Nagpur, the temperature can reach 45 to 47 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has warned that heat wave conditions will persist here.

Caution advised The Meteorological Department has warned of bad weather and advised people to stay in safe places. During thunderstorms and lightning, do not take shelter under trees, unplug electrical appliances and stay away from concrete walls or floors.
