It is known that the accused first opened fire at the office of a social security organization in Athens. Then he fled from there in a taxi. He went to the Court of Appeal on Lucareos Street, about 5 kilometers away, and started firing again. One person was injured in the first attack and four in the second. After that, when the police reached the spot, the accused ran away. But the gun was left at the scene. which the police confiscated. Later, however, the accused was arrested.

Police arrested him at a hotel in the city of Patras, about 200 kilometers from the scene of the second attack. Police are also investigating whether anyone else is involved with him.
