MP Cricket: MPL Women Draft will be held in Gwalior in the presence of Shikhar Dhawan and Mahanaryaman Scindia, High Performance Center will open.

MP Cricket: Indian cricket team’s ace batsman Shikhar Dhawan and Mahanaryaman Scindia, who took Madhya Pradesh cricket to new heights, will be present in Gwalior on 30th April. In the presence of MPCA President Mahanaryaman Scindia and Shikhar Dhawan, two important programs will be organized with the aim of strengthening cricket in the state.

Inauguration of High Performance Center

‘D One High Performance Centre’ will be inaugurated to provide better training to the young and emerging players of Gwalior. This training center is being set up in Aditya Cricket World Academy. This center will be inaugurated by MPCA President Mahanaryaman Scindia, former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan and Saba Karim.

Dr. One HPC is going to be established in Aditya World Cricket Academy, Rohit Wadhwa, owner of Bundelkhand Bulls team of MPL, will operate this HPC. Rohit Wadhwa is trying to take the players of Gwalior Chambal to new heights through MPL and with the establishment of ‘D One High Performance Centre’ in his school, the young teenagers of Gwalior Chambal will get better training facilities.

MPL Women Draft organized

A draft will also be organized for women players under Madhya Pradesh Cricket Women League (MPL W). The best talents will be selected from among more than 300 young women players from across the state, for which five MPL women teams will select players as per their respective strategy.

2 new women’s teams added to MPL

MPL Women started in 2025. In the first season, there were only 3 teams. After this, with the addition of 2 new teams, now 5 women teams will compete against each other.
