Weak trend in first hour of trading, Sensex and Nifty fell

New Delhi . Due to the fear of continued instability in the global oil market and the sharp rise in the price of crude oil, the domestic stock market seems to be under pressure during early trading today. Today’s trading also started with a decline. The weakness of both Sensex and Nifty indices increased further due to selling pressure as soon as the market opened. Although later the buyers tried to control the market situation by creating buying pressure, but the selling pressure was so high that the decline of both these indices continued to increase. After the first one hour of trading, Sensex was trading with a weakness of 1.37 percent and Nifty with a weakness of 1.43 percent.

After the first one hour of trading, among the big stocks of the stock market, shares of Bajaj Finance, Coal India, Wipro, Cipla and Bajaj Finserv were trading with a gain of 2.91 percent to 0.50 percent. On the other hand, shares of InterGlobe Aviation, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, NTPC, ICICI Bank and Bajaj Finserv were seen trading with a fall of 3.83 per cent to 2.57 per cent.

In the current trading, there was active trading in 2,963 shares in the stock market. Of these, 1,406 shares were trading in the green after earning profits, while 1,547 shares were trading in the red after incurring losses. Similarly, out of 30 shares included in Sensex, four shares remained in the green with the support of buying. On the other hand, 26 shares were trading in the red due to selling pressure. Whereas out of 50 shares included in Nifty, nine shares were seen trading in green mark and 41 shares were seen trading in red mark.

BSE Sensex opened today at 77,014.21 points with a weakness of 482.15 points. Due to selling pressure as soon as the trading started, this index fell to the level of 76,502.16 within a short time. After this, buyers tried to support the market by creating buying pressure. With the support of this buying, the movement of Sensex seemed to be improving for some time, but after some time the selling pressure increased again.

Due to continuous selling, the Sensex fell to the level of 76,358.73 points. However, after this once again a buying trend was seen, due to which there was a slight improvement in the position of this index. After the first one hour of trading amidst continuous buying and selling in the market, at 10:15 am the Sensex was trading at the level of 76,431.94 points with a weakness of 1,064.42 points.

Like Sensex, NSE’s Nifty today started trading at 23,996.95 points by falling 180.70 points. As soon as the market opened, there was selling pressure, due to which within a short time the index fell to the level of 23,872 points. After this, buyers created buying pressure, due to which the movement of this index seemed to be improving for some time.

However, this buying phase could not last long. After the first half-hour of trading, selling started once again in the market, due to which the weakness of this index continued to increase. After the initial one-hour trading between continuous buying and selling in the market, at 10:15 am Nifty was trading at the level of 23,831.35 points with a fall of 346.30 points.

Before this, on the last trading day on Wednesday, the Sensex had closed at the level of 77,496.36 points with a gain of 609.45 points or 0.79 percent. At the same time, Nifty ended Wednesday’s trading at the level of 24,177.65 points with a rise of 181.95 points or 0.76 percent.
