New Delhi. Delhi High Court on Thursday gave an important order to preserve the will of actor Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband late Sanjay Kapoor in the dispute. Delhi High Court said that it is the responsibility of Sanjay Kapoor’s wife Priya Sachdev Kapoor to clear the doubts of Karisma Kapoor’s children Samaira and Kiaan regarding the will. Delhi High Court, on behalf of Karisma’s children, had raised doubts on Sanjay Kapoor’s will. Delhi High Court, while granting interim injunction on the children’s petition, froze all the bank accounts of Sanjay Kapoor.

Karisma Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor’s mother Rani Kapoor has got relief from the decision of Delhi High Court Justice Jyoti Singh, while Priya Sachdev Kapoor has got a shock. Justice Singh said that Sanjay Kapoor’s property should be preserved and not destroyed. The High Court said that if Sanjay Kapoor’s will is proved to be fake during the hearing of the case, then Karisma Kapoor’s children Samaira and Kiyan will be treated unfairly. Delhi High Court said that Sanjay Kapoor’s mother Rani Kapoor and wife Karisma Kapoor have raised doubts on the validity of Sanjay Kapoor’s will. The court said that now the authenticity of the will is a matter of the case. Delhi High Court said that Sanjay Kapoor’s wife Priya cannot sell, transfer, mortgage or exchange the equity of Indian companies.

The court said that apart from payment of dues to the children, transactions from Sanjay Kapoor’s three bank accounts should also be frozen. Apart from this, Delhi High Court has also banned the sale or transfer of Sanjay Kapoor’s foreign bank accounts and cryptocurrency taken in his name. Delhi High Court said that no one will be able to withdraw Sanjay Kapoor’s PF amount. Besides, there will be a ban on selling all Sanjay Kapoor’s personal belongings, paintings and artefacts etc. Overall, this matter seems to be dragging on for a long time. Let us tell you that recently the Supreme Court had advised Sanjay’s mother Rani Kapoor that she is 80 years old and this is not the age to fight the case, but to resolve the issue through talks.
