FIR lodged against Sandeep Pathak as soon as he joined BJP, Badal accuses AAP of selective targeting!

Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal has launched a scathing attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Regarding the cases registered against Sandeep Pathak in Punjab, he said that AAP’s attitude is like ‘selective targeting’. He alleged that everything goes right for those who stay in the party. As soon as they go out, action is started against them.

If he was wrong at that time, he was following the instructions of his masters – Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann, then who was associated with him at that time and why is a case not being registered against them now?”

He further said, “Registration of FIR under non-bailable sections after switching sides indicates politics of revenge. This change from influence to investigation raises many serious questions.”

Actually, FIR has been registered against Sandeep Pathak in two different districts of Punjab. Serious allegations like corruption are coming to light in these cases. According to police sources, the investigation is being carried forward rapidly and if necessary, arrest may also be possible. However, till now the police has not officially shared much information on this matter.

Sandeep Pathak was counted among the most trusted and strategic leaders of Aam Aadmi Party. He has also been a Rajya Sabha member from Punjab since April 2022. He was considered to have played an important role in strengthening the party’s organization and preparing the election strategy. He was seen as a key strategist especially in the 2022 Punjab Assembly elections, in which AAP got a big victory.

Now his joining BJP is being seen as a big blow in political circles, especially when assembly elections are to be held in Punjab next year. It is believed that this development may affect both your strategy and organization.
