I am not afraid, God is with me… MP Sandeep Pathak said on the FIR lodged in Punjab

Tezzbuzz Desk – The troubles of Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Sandeep Pathak, who left Aam Aadmi Party and joined Bharatiya Janata Party, seem to be increasing. Amid reports of two FIRs being registered against him in Punjab, police activities have intensified at his official residence in Delhi. Now Sandeep Pathak has broken his silence on this entire matter and has called it a case of misuse of government machinery.

During a press conference held in Delhi, Sandeep Pathak said that he has not yet been given any official information about these FIRs. He clearly said that without seeing the copy of the FIR, he cannot say anything in detail on this matter.

He said, “I have not yet received any formal information about these FIRs. It is possible that this action may have been taken by misusing the government machinery. I will respond in detail only after seeing the copy of the FIR. People who know me know that I am a person who follows the path of policy and religion.”

Sandeep Pathak also said that a lot happens in politics, but he has always worked with principles and will continue to do so. He said, “I can say that I will never adopt the path of injustice and unrighteousness. I have never done so till now and will never do so as long as I remain in politics, whether I succeed or fail.”

He also clarified that he had not left Aam Aadmi Party for any personal gain. According to him, there were differences going on for a long time regarding the functioning of the party and its ideology, after which he took this difficult decision.

Sandeep Pathak said, “Entering politics is a difficult decision. Now even while being in BJP, I will continue to follow my political religion. I want to tell those who are trying to scare me that I am not afraid. God is with me and no one can harm me.”

According to sources, serious allegations have been made in both the FIRs registered in Punjab. It is being told that one case is related to financial irregularities and corruption, while the other case is related to exploitation of a woman. Both the cases are said to be registered under non-bailable sections.

According to the information, a team of Punjab Police had also reached his official residence in Delhi, but Sandeep Pathak was not present there at that time. As a precaution, barricading has also been done outside his house.

It is noteworthy that Sandeep Pathak was among the seven MPs who separated from the Aam Aadmi Party under the leadership of Raghav Chadha and joined BJP. This was considered a major political blow for AAP.
