In that case, you can make an instant crispy onion thalipeeth. Thalipeeth and curd or green chili pickle are very popular with it. This dish is quick to prepare with minimal ingredients and tastes great too. If you want to make a thalipeeth, you have to buy bhajani. But always bring the bought bhai and make thalipeeth using household ingredients. After eating the Thalipeeth of authentic Gavran taste, the stomach will remain full for a long time. Materials:
- Onion
- Besan
- Red chillies
- Turmeric
- salt
- Coriander powder
- Rice flour
- Oil
- wheat flour
- Sorghum flour
- Ginger garlic chili paste

Action:
- To make Onion Thalipeeth, firstly take finely chopped onion in a large bowl and add salt to taste and mash it for sometime.
- Then add wheat flour, sorghum flour, gram flour, rice flour and mix together. Add thick green chili garlic paste to the prepared mixture and mix.
- Add finely chopped coriander, turmeric, red hot spice, white sesame seeds to the prepared mixture and mix well. Add water to the plate if required. Otherwise the thalipeeth dough will get soaked in the onion water easily.
- Keep the pan to heat. Wet a large napkin slightly and pat the thalipeeth with the ball of prepared dough on it and put it on the tawa for roasting.
- Roast thalipeeth well on both sides. Crispy Onion Thalipeeth made in a simple way is ready.
