Deputy CM Sunetra Pawar’s Tsunami wins Baramati assembly by-election by a record margin of more than 2 lakh votes.

Baramati. Sunetra Pawar, wife of former Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Late Ajit Pawar and current Deputy CM Sunetra Pawar, has won the Baramati Assembly by-election by a record margin of more than 2 lakh votes. Voting took place after the death of Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar. Ajit Pawar’s wife and NCP Chief Sunetra Pawar has won from here. About 58.17 percent voting took place in Baramati, while 55.86 percent votes were cast in Rahuri seat.

Let us tell you, voting was held on two assembly seats of Karnataka and one seat each of Gujarat, Tripura and Nagaland last month on April 9. Talking about Baramati and Rahuri seats of Maharashtra, voting was held here on 23 April.
