Cooper Connolly scored his first century in IPL

Whereas Cooper Connolly remained till the end, but could not lead the team to victory because he did not get good support from anyone at the other end. Cooper Connolly scored his first century in IPL. He played an unbeaten inning of 107 runs on 59 balls, which included 7 fours and 8 sixes. In this way Punjab Kings could score only 202 runs for 7 wickets. Pat Cummins and Shivang Kumar took 2-2 wickets for SRH.

Heinrich Klaasen and Ishan Kishan scored brilliant half-centuries

Sunrisers Hyderabad lost the toss in this match and batted first and scored 235 runs for 4 wickets. Heinrich Klaasen played an inning of 69 runs in 43 balls. Ishan Kishan scored 55 runs in 32 balls with the help of 3 fours and 4 sixes. Travis Head scored 38 runs and Abhishek Sharma played a stormy inning of 35 runs. Whereas Nitish Kumar Reddy scored unbeaten 29 runs on 13 balls. For Punjab Kings, Lockie Ferguson, Vijaykumar Vishak, Arshdeep Singh and Yuzvendra Chahal got 1-1 success.
