Action:

  • To make Bengali Jhalmuri, first of all, finely chop onion tomatoes. Add black gram and water to the cooker and cook.
  • Add coriander, mint leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies to a fine paste in a mixer bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry peanuts in it. Add cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, cumin seeds in a pan and add it to a mixer to make a fine paste.
  • In a large bowl, add murmures, finely chopped onion, tomatoes and mix. Then add the roasted peanuts.
  • Add cooked potato, black gram and green chilli pieces to the prepared mixture and mix.
  • Then add chutney and pickled oil to it and mix well. Finally add salt to taste, lemon juice,
  • Add chaat masala, red chilli and plenty of sev and mix well.
  • Instant Bengali Jhalmuri is ready.
