Political meeting increased the stir, Akhilesh Yadav came out in support of Mamata, said – ‘Didi, you have not lost’

New Delhi: After the crushing defeat of Trinamool Congress in West Bengal elections, All India Alliance seems to be united again. Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav reached Kolkata on Thursday. He met Trinamool Congress President Mamata Banerjee and party General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee.

Sources have revealed that during the meeting, Abhishek Banerjee hugged Akhilesh Yadav while Akhilesh Yadav showed his respect and love for Mamata Banerjee by folding his hands. Sources have revealed that the three leaders met in Kolkata at around 3:15 pm on Thursday afternoon.

Abhishek Banerjee praised

Sources have revealed that during the meeting, Akhilesh Yadav told Abhishek Banerjee, what a tremendous fight you all have fought. This is worthy of praise. He also said this to Mamata Banerjee, "Didi, you have not lost the election. You have been defeated. After the meeting, the SP President said that I have just met respected Didi. Abhishek ji is with me. When elections were held, Didi became the Chief Minister here. He further said, I had to stand against the dishonesty in the elections. Whenever honest elections were held, she won. This time there is a mafia-like atmosphere with many layers in the elections.

Akhilesh Yadav said that no one could have imagined that the BJP Election Commission and its associates would be so dishonest. They will conduct such elections in collaboration with underground groups. Till now we have heard that whatever Bengal does today, the country does the same tomorrow. But BJP’s dishonesty in Uttar Pradesh was a trial run. Learning from that, they looted the entire election in Bengal.

Meeting amid BJP’s spectacular victory

This meeting is being held amid the announcement of BJP’s landslide victory with 207 seats in West Bengal on Monday. TMC, which was in power in West Bengal for the last 15 years, won 80 seats. Earlier in the day, Akhilesh Yadav alleged that democracy has been weakened in West Bengal. He claimed that voters were pressurized during the elections and they did not use their votes freely.

BJP has weakened democratic institutions – Akhilesh

Talking to reporters, he accused BJP of weakening democratic institutions. Yadav said, ‘Probably no one has caused as much damage to democracy as BJP has and said that the party cannot tolerate the advancement of women in politics and voting was not of their own free will but by force.
