Mahua Moitra refused to consider it as the anger of common passengers. He said it was his "Harassment" And their safety inside the plane has been compromised. He has sent a 7-page formal complaint to Indigo Airlines and demanded strict action against the guilty passengers.

The MP also appealed to the airline to make the crew report public and put these passengers on the no-fly list. He tagged Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu in the post and requested for his intervention.
