Apart from this, demand for reform in the National Pension System has also been raised. Employees want to be given the option to change their fund manager so that they can properly manage their deposits.

opposition to outsourcing

The Federation is strongly opposed to the fact that permanent jobs in the bank are being provided to outsiders i.e. through outsourcing. They want it to stop immediately. They are also worried about the lack of security and anti-employee policies in the bank. The employees have demanded that the working conditions in the bank should be improved and strong security arrangements should be made.
