Instead of stopping, the cases of religious conversion and sexual exploitation in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik are increasing. Now a new angle has emerged in this case. Maharashtra government minister and Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Shirsat alleged that the AIMIM leader was protecting the main accused Nida Khan from police arrest. Shirsat has called this case corporate jihad.
Nida Khan is the main accused in the TCS case. Apart from this, eight more accused have been made. However, Nashik City Police on Thursday arrested Nida Khan from Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar district. After the arrest of Nida Khan, Sanjay Shirshat made serious allegations against former AIMIM MP Imtiaz Jaleel.

Help Nida escape arrest
He said that when Nida Khan was absconding, AIMIM leaders were helping her avoid arrest. Shirshat demanded a case and investigation under the MCOCA Act against AIMIM leaders including Imtiaz Jalil. He said that he will meet Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis regarding this matter.
AIMIM is promoting in Maharashtra
Shirsat claimed that AIMIM is promoting TCS-like activities in Maharashtra. He alleged that incidents like religious conversion and trapping of girls are taking place under the leadership of AIMIM.

‘This is a big conspiracy’
He said, ‘This is a big conspiracy. Nida Khan is just a pawn and this network is spread across Maharashtra. Such incidents can also be seen in Ahmednagar, Pune and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Poison is being spread against Hindu religion, due to which anger is spreading in the society.
Regarding Imtiaz Jalil, Minister Shirshat said that Jalil had supported Nida Khan in front of everyone by holding a press conference. Citing information received from Nashik police, Shirsat claimed that Nida Khan had stayed at the house of AIMIM corporator Matin Majeed Patel in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for five days.
According to the SIT investigation of Nashik Police, local AIMIM corporator Majeed Patel had allegedly given shelter to Nida Khan in Naregaon while she was absconding.
Imtiaz Jalil raised questions
Nashik Police has registered a case against AIMIM’s NREGA councilor Matin Majeed Patel for harboring accused Nida Khan in the TCS case. On this matter, former MP Imtiaz Jalil said, ‘I have to get all the information from the police as to what was the role of our councilor. But one thing we have to understand is that the accused has full right to bail, unless any crime is proved against someone, and that crime is not serious, like a terrorist incident, robbery or murder.
Jalil asked the question whether a case has been registered against the girl under all these sections? The only allegation against him is that he has hurt religious sentiments. We are not supporting it. I am confident that the police and courts will work without any discrimination. If Nisha Patil, Neeta Deshpande or Nancy Fernandes had been there in place of Nida Khan, my stand would have been the same.
