Lathi charge on BPSC candidates in Patna! Students get angry over delay in TRE 4.0 notification, see video of the uproar
The anger of unemployment has once again erupted on the streets of Patna, the capital of Bihar. Just a day after the swearing-in ceremony of ministers in Bihar, the atmosphere in the capital became tense when thousands of BPSC candidates took to the streets demanding the release of notification of Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE 4.0).
The situation worsened on Friday when protesters gathered in large numbers and started raising slogans against the government. It is alleged that to control the crowd, the police resorted to lathi charge, due to which the situation became more violent and the traffic of Patna was completely affected. At the same time, Tejashwi Yadav including Pappu Yadav have asked questions to the government and have made a sharp attack on the BJP government.
In Patna, about 10,000 BPSC candidates took to the streets demanding the release of notification of teacher recruitment examination TRE 4.0. This demonstration started from Patna College and reached Dak Bungalow intersection, due to which the traffic system of the city came to a standstill. Candidates say that the government is continuously delaying the recruitment process, due to which the future of lakhs of youth is hanging in the balance.
Why should there be a demonstration in Patna, Bihar?
This movement was led by student leader Dilip Kumar. The protesters had three main demands-
- TRE 3 recruitment process should be completed soon
- Notification of TRE 4.0 should be issued immediately
- The total number of vacancies and recruitment deadline should be made clear.
Apart from this, there was also an important demand for strict implementation of the domicile policy, so that the local youth of Bihar can get priority.
What allegations were made against the government?
During the demonstration, student leader Dilip Kumar made serious allegations against the government. He said that the government is busy in cabinet expansion, while the problems of unemployed youth are being ignored. He said that the students have been studying in the library for months and preparing for the job, but they are not getting any clear answer.
Will the movement intensify?
Dilip Kumar warned that if the recruitment notification is not issued soon, the movement will be given a bigger form. He said that this protest can also turn into an indefinite strike and siege movement.
