Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 45th Foundation Day celebrations of the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru on Sunday. PM Modi said, “This morning has brought a different feeling. Welcoming the children with Vedic mantras, seeing Lord Shri Ganesh, 70 years of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji, these are the moments which will always remain in my memories. Gurudev rightly said that I cannot be thanked. I am yours, I have come among you and for you and wherever I am, I am there only because of you.”

The Prime Minister said that today the divine and grand Dhyan Mandir has been inaugurated. When the resolution is clear and work is done with a spirit of service, then every effort gives pleasant results. Whether anything else happens or not, we all are under the umbrella of ‘Lotus’ and if we have the blessings of Gurudev, then only the umbrella of ‘Lotus’ will take the country to new heights.

The environment and atmosphere of Bengaluru is different. This city is known worldwide for software and services, but this city has also given new heights to India’s cultural identity, spirituality and spiritual consciousness.

He said that today, people of the world are influenced by the spiritual values ​​of India and continue to draw inspiration from these ancient traditions. Inspired by this feeling, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar sowed the seed of ‘Art of Living’ 45 years ago. Today it stands before us like a huge banyan tree. Today the divine and grand meditation temple has been inaugurated. The Prime Minister said that when the intentions are clear and work is done in the spirit of service, then every effort brings good results.

PM Modi said, “Any campaign is successful when the power of the society joins with it. Therefore, it is very important to awaken the power of the society for every such important mission. I have always believed that society is more powerful than politics and governments. Any government can be successful only when the society itself plays an active role in nation building.”

In his address, the Prime Minister said, “I would like to praise everyone present here for one more thing, that is the focus on youth power. In today’s world, big changes are taking place very fast. Every day science is opening doors to new possibilities. New innovations are changing the entire economy. India is not only participating in this change, it is also leading in many areas.”

He said, “India is a country full of diversity. There are so many languages, so many traditions, different customs and different ways of worship. A question often arises in the minds of all of us that what is the basic thing that connects all these together? The answer is that one should live not for oneself, but for others.”

The Prime Minister said, “Our digital revolution has made India a global leader in digital payments. Today, the infrastructure is also growing at an unprecedented pace and is moving forward with a futuristic vision. India has very quickly become the world’s third largest ecosystem in startups. Our youth are sending their satellites into space today. The biggest reason for all such achievements of the country is our youth and the Art of Living.”
