Chennai. As soon as he became the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy Vijay has announced 200 units of free electricity for the general public. Along with this, he also signed the file of Special Force for the safety of women. CM Vijay said in his first speech that he is not from any royal family, people welcomed him and adopted him.

Vijay’s first three orders as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister:

Vijay, in his first address at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium here after assuming the post of Chief Minister, said that a new era of governance committed to “genuine secularism and social justice” has now begun. He said that there would be no other center of power apart from him and he would be the only center of power. Vijay thanked Congress, Vidudhalai Chiruthigal Katchi (VCK), Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) and the Left parties for supporting his party in government formation. Previous governments accused of increasing debt on the state

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay appealed to the people to give them proper time to work so that results can be shown. He also accused the previous government of imposing huge debt on the state and said that he will not make false promises to the public.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay said that he has taken up this responsibility amid the pressure of huge debt of about Rs 10 lakh crore. He said that to maintain transparency, a white paper will be issued on the economic condition of the state, through which complete information will be given to the public.
