What is the whole matter?

Actually, Allah Ghazanfar had come to bowl the 17th over for Mumbai Indians and Krunal Pandya, who was batting on the second ball of this over, played a shot on the leg side. Naman Dheer caught this shot of Kunal and threw it back into the field. During this, Tilak Verma, who was playing nearby, could not take this catch and Krunal was saved from being out. The third umpire checked the replays and found that Naman had bowled the ball correctly inside the field and when the ball was in his hands, he neither came in contact with the boundary ropes nor went beyond it. For this reason the third umpire did not give any run to RCB.

RCB head coach Andy Flower looked angry with this decision of the third umpire and he went to the fourth umpire with Virat Kohli and started arguing with him. During this, he also abused the umpire.

IPL issued statement

A statement issued by the IPL said that Flower had breached Article 2.3 of the code of conduct, which specifically deals with the use of “obscene language” during the match. The incident occurred in 17.2 overs of RCB’s run chase, when Flower was engaged in a heated argument with the fourth umpire.
