‘The impact will be huge and painful…’, Asim Munir gave direct threat to India; Is something big going to happen?
Asim Munir: Pakistan’s Military Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir has once again given a statement against India. Speaking at an event on the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor, he said that India has taken action against Pakistan without any provocation. He also tried to warn India. This event took place at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi. Pakistan Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu and Navy Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf were also present.
It was a battle of thoughts – Asim Munir
Asim Munir said that India had violated Pakistan’s freedom on the night of 6 and 7 May, and Pakistan had responded with full force. He said that any such action against Pakistan in future will have a very bad and painful impact. Munir also said that Marka-e-Haq was not just a fight between two countries, but a fight of thoughts. He claimed that Pakistan had won this battle. He also termed India’s action after the 2001 Parliament attack, 2008 Mumbai attack, 2016 Uri attack and 2019 Pulwama attack as false flag operation. He alleged that India tries to put pressure on Pakistan by making false allegations.
Action against terrorism will continue – India
India has already made it clear that action against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism will continue. After the Pahalgam terror attack last year, India launched Operation Sindoor, in which 26 people were killed. In response, India carried out airstrikes on nine major terrorist targets in PoK on May 7. Reports came that more than 100 terrorists were killed in the Indian operation. After this, there were attacks from Pakistan, but India retaliated and targeted many Pakistani military bases, airbases and radar sites. By May 10, the situation had worsened so much that Pakistan appealed for a ceasefire, which India accepted.
