But today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make a different curry dish. Along with bread or chapati, curried vegetables or certain foods such as marmalade, pickles etc. are eaten. But instead of this dish you can make a spicy curry spread. Kairi’s spread remains stable throughout the month. You can eat curry spread with chapati or with bread. Materials:

  • Raw curry
  • sugar
  • Mint leaves
  • Black pepper powder
  • ghee
  • salt

Action:

  • To make curry spread first, soak curry in water for sometime. After that remove the peel from them and cut the curry into fine pieces.
  • In a mixer bowl, add fine pieces of curry powder, sugar to taste and make a fine paste.
  • Then add mint leaves, black pepper powder and a pinch of salt to it to make a fine paste. Do not add water at all while preparing the paste.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add the prepared curry paste to it and mix well and keep mixing with a spoon.
  • After mixing all the ingredients properly on low flame, the curry mixture will gradually thicken.
  • Fill the prepared curry mixture in a glass jar. The spread keeps well in an airtight container.
  • Ready Spicy curry spread made in an easy way.
