NCL management should stop exploiting workers by giving support to anti-national forces – Labor Organization

In view of the coordination meeting with the newly formed working committee of the Indian Coal Mine Mazdoor Union and the membership verification to be held in Northern Coalfields Limited this month, a preparatory discussion was organized with the affiliated organizations of the Indian Coal Mine, Mazdoor Bina in branch Kakri. BJP District President Nandlal Gupta, City Caretaker Prem Narayan, State Minister of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh Arun Kumar Dubey, District President Dasharam Yadav, newly appointed General Secretary of Coal Pawan Sharma, Principal of Shishu Mandir and Vidyamandir Intermediate College from Vidya Bharti, Mother Powers of Swayamsevak were specially present in the meeting.

In his address, District President Nandlal Gupta said that the only nationalist labor organization established by the national sage Revered Danto Pant Thengadi and working on the motto of national interest, national interest and labor interest is the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, which is also the labor organization of the country. Whereas other political labor organizations are limited to remaining puppets in the hands of their opposition parties.

Along with discharging the responsibilities of the Bharatiya Janata Party, we are also directly associated with the labor sector as we are discharging the responsibilities of the Labor Cell and at the same time, we have been discharging the responsibilities of the Management Committee of the Vidya Bharati School and we are working continuously on the basic objective of taking the nation to the ultimate glory by connecting with each other ideologically in a fraternal manner.

It seems surprising that parties like Communist and Congress in the country are forced to count the days of their demise, but here in NCL, the so-called labor organizations which have become puppets in the hands of such parties, are succeeding in exploiting the workers by taking patronage from the concerned authorities and

Such unions, which have become puppets in the hands of the opposition parties, will never succeed in exploiting the workers. If some selected top officials are doing heinous acts like patronizing them and especially in NCL, this practice is being seen most at present.

Some such officers, who are traitors and who are supporting the exploitation by giving support to the so-called union that is exploiting the workers, will be identified and exposed from here to Delhi.

Some top officials of the management, by using these so-called unions, are exploiting the workers by disobeying the government orders issued by the Central Government and the State Government regarding social security or minimum wages etc. in the interests of the workers. Let us tell you that due to non-compliance of the government orders issued by the state and central government regarding labor interests, on one hand, workers like Sonbhadra and contract workers in tribal dominated districts feel cheated, on the other hand, the involvement of some selected top officials responsible for this is trying to tarnish the image of the government.

People of all relevant organizations left no stone unturned in putting an end to the exploitation of workers by strengthening Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, a pure labor organization working on the ideals of national interest, industry interest and labor interest. Only from such a nationalist labor organization can the welfare of the nation, industry and workers be expected.

In this meeting and discussion meeting, key officials of the newly appointed working committee of the union, working committee member, Anil Singh Gautam, Pramod Shukla, Devendra Gupta, Prabhashankar Mishra, Ravijit Kang, Rajendra Tiwari, Pratham Srivastava, president secretary of projects KB Rai, Budheshwar Singh, Varun Singh, Shashikant Vaish etc. and hundreds of workers were present.
